Two Agencies, One Mission

We Care is a charitable program created and led by the employees of Spire America Holdings. This includes the dedicated teams from both Top O’ Michigan Insurance and Spire Insurance Solutions.

Driven by our passion for giving back, We Care supports local organizations through fundraising events and donations. Every contribution is made possible through the generosity of our employees, with all donations being company-matched to maximize the impact.

As a family-run business, we believe in building stronger communities, and We Care is our way of making a difference where it matters most.

Raise The Flag, Honor Our Veterans

This Veterans Day, we come together to honor the heroes who have served our nation. The American flag is more than a symbol; it represents the freedom, unity, and sacrifices that our veterans have fought to protect. We believe that every family should have the chance to proudly display this symbol of patriotism.

To ensure that everyone in our community can fly their flag high, we are offering a flag exchange. Bring in your worn or tattered American flags, and we will replace them with brand-new flags, at no cost to you. This is our way of making sure that nothing stands in the way of honoring our veterans and the values they defended.

How We Give Back

Company Matched Donations

Every Friday, our employees dress casually in exchange for a donation to support local charities.

Quarterly Donations

Each quarter, employees nominate and vote on which organization will receive our quarterly donation.

Fundraising Events

We host and participate in various fundraising events throughout the year, with all proceeds benefiting local causes.

Volunteer Time

Every employee is given one paid day off per year to volunteer at a nonprofit organization of their choice.
